Small shop, good people.

When I shop for new vendors, I pick who I like the most and has the best reputation, not who bids the cheapest.

Very desirable place with high end shopping.

Sure, there's a little beach at the one lake, and the shops at Cashiers, but to me it's just not quite enough.

We will shop for used appliances where we can when we need one… or pick up used cabinets if we can, or search eBay for something smaller,  but going to the extreme of personally shipping something big in internationally for one-off renovation needs seems like a stretch of reasonable.Just like you mention, the number of unknowns would not seem to be worth it to me.Just my 2 cents.Randy  

We do comparison shopping with similar properties several days per week.

With the exception of a few “loan to own” shops, the lenders don’t want these properties.

U.S. consumers lost a lot of their discretionary spending income from 2008-2012 meaning eating at Taco Bell and shopping at Dollar General would suffice.
