(e-commerce company that was looking into bankruptcy last year, mastermind businesses, putting on broadway type musicals, including one about Neil Diamond) Their website is fairly opaque as to how they generate their profits in order to pay note investors the very high yields they offer, 14-23%.

Do any of you use any app to do tenant placement on ad-hoc basis?

I pay my mortgages through my banks App and there is a button I push that switches it from the monthly payment to being able to allow for a one-time principle only payment.

They do everything for you (payments, taxes, insurance coverage) - the website and app are easy and functional and you can vet your guests!

When rates dropped Dec23, I remember one of my lenders saying they have a ton more apps so 2024 is going to be a strong year.

Now what should have been a 1 hour run for materials turns into a 2nd hour.If I am buying materials, I can order on the app and its ready when I get there.

Everyone loves to say use this app or website, just call the experts directly.

Just this week (week of Dec 9th) it looks like they have updated the app to go back to the way it was before so now FSBO homes can be viewed alongside Agent Listed homes.
