@Andrea FinkelsteinI would call the police and a tow truck company everyday until the problem is fixed, if people are trespassing and littering that needs to be stopped.

I’m not against it, just don’t want to put myself in a stressful spot with a monster mortgage if things go sideways.

Upon arrival we had to cleanup two dump truck loads of garage that they left behind in the apartment and basement. 

The truck you bought will instantly lose value the moment you drive it off the lot, it will depreciate over the years due to the miles you rack up on it and the normal wear and tear of a vehicle.

In my opinion it has similarities to residential, but also a different monster as the other posters have said.

If a Taco Truck does good, and a person has 6 of them, why is it nobody freaks out saying that Taco Truck owner "makes too much" and sue's that price of Taco's must get lowered? 

I enjoy washing my car and truck and like the convivence of doing a quick vacuum on my floor mats.  

I've been looking at investing in small, multifamily property, fix and flip (or hold), storage units, truck/rv/boat storage lots, etc.
