From what I can tell, FTF did a poor job of monitoring the progress of the project and released funds to the developer when they shouldn't have.  

Therefore, I can't log into their dialer account, nor I can monitor/listen to calls.

Would prefer to do something closer to home so I can avoid having to get on a plane to monitor the deal. 

I wanted to let you know that I have security cameras installed around my property, which allow me to monitor activity, including the tenant’s comings and goings.

Be attentive to damp ceilings or walls, which could indicate plumbing failures.Structural issues are critical to monitor.
