The laws usually say the LLC owner cannot defend itself in a lawsuit and some other issues if it does not register.

Whether is taking his "course", paying for the self written articles about his success or aka writing "puff pieces", buying fake Instagram followers, sitting on FB marketplace trying to get someone to pay for a house they don't know is condemnable and pay to have DJ remodel it and DJ never completing the remodel,  him spending an enormous time defending himself in small claims court, and threatening charges on  people that don't know law so they pay what he wants.All of those examples came from either my observation, experience, or other peoples reviews of him.The guy rented me a condemnable property.

Im not here to defend the author because just like you said we have no idea of the reno and associated costs.

If your LLC is sued, you will be required to defend the LLC, your name will then become known, and the plaintiff's attorneys will amend the complaint to include you.

Puffing, whining, crying, defending, threatening, making personal attacks, all from a place of no knowledge at all and as usual, hiding behind no photo and no information to do it.

Keep in mind any good plaintiff's attorney is going to bring all parties incidentally related to the legal claim in as an additional defendant.
