Fridge w/ water&ice maker vs without Fume hood built into microwave vs hood that vents to the outside.Left/right fridge or top/bottom fridge?

This is great news I would check your specific county's ordinances just to be sure, but in all 3 counties that I've checked, a unit is defined as having a "complete kitchen", which means that tons of people get around it by making units with separate entrances and hot plates, microwaves, and really big toaster ovens.

We put a fridge in the living room and they cooked with a microwave.

In a home I purchased, the microwave died, so I called the home warranty company. 

Buy a microwave and put it in that slot for it. 

For depreciation on one of the properties, I was planning on separating/segregating carpet, floating LVP flooring, cabinets, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a shed as separate assets from the building and using 100% bonus depreciation to deduct fully this first year.

If they were warned in writing  an after reinspected in 7 days an nothing changed ,still many wiring violations,can i evict them w 15 day notice for not conforming to NEC code an local building safety/ fire laws.I own the unit beside them also which is in danger if there is fire .last week the microwave smoked or short circuited due to their negligence w overloading.I then sited an gave warnings on th he many violations..I want them out as soon an legally as allowed by law.There is noncompliance.Thanks

I remember having no kitchen, a microwave/fridge/coffee pot and that was it for a couple months with a newborn. 

@Luis Martinez give them an upgrade to use, new stove/dishwasher/microwave/fan.
