It seems like a great opportunity, but as someone based in DC, I don’t know much about Salisbury.I see that it's fairly close to a hospital, which could be good for medium-term rentals (MTR), and it's also near a university, which might attract long-term renters.For those with experience in this market, I’d appreciate your thoughts!

I suspect some YouTuber created this mid-term rental to show how clever they are.Hi Nathan, When I just searched "MTR" on BP, there are almost 3 pages of blog posts this year in BP about MTR and probably many more that mention mid or medium term rentals.

He's is the only member of the HOA.Two units are being rented out as regular annual rentals.Rest are medium term rentals (90 day) for a local hospital.Sp would that mean you can turn it into an apartment building?
