There will be a massive wealth transfer from the baby boomers to retirement care or to a younger and smaller generation.  

That would be a prohibited transaction and self-dealing and would cause you to incur massive penalties, blowing up your IRA.  

A massive nationwide company will always struggle there.

The question is at what point do people start massively cashing out?
