@Kelvin Lee, Condemnations and eminent domain processes are very cumbersome, finite in scope and legally intricate and detailed. 

I have an MLS search for my Denver-area STR investor clients where I used the draw tool to draw an intricate map filter for only the unincorporated areas of Adams County that I care about.

So trying to see the correct way to form this has become a little more intricate it seems unless I’m missing something.

I'm an engineer with good income and fair credit.Where it gets intricate...the vacant lot happens to have a small residential home (1000sqft, 2-1) and horse boarding stalls, however this is not found on title report.

This situation is hard to troubleshoot unless you have heard of it before and has the potential of creating mold if you don't remediate with a dehumidifier and the tenant keeping the temp at a reasonable differential to the outside temp.Another issue is they are almost always painted wood exteriors with intricate wood molding. 

do i just pick any city and get started or is there a more intricate process to go through to choose a different market?
