Persuasion means absolutely nothing here.Again Message resonance is not the same as message persuasion.There is no way to see this, or interpret this .. it is very black and white.

@Joshua Byrd The other issue you may run into is that it may be harder to find a closing attorney because the interpretation of the law is somewhat unclear and they would rather not work on these types of deals so that they can completely avoid the chance of being disbarred.

If it touches the land to the extent it materially affects the value of that land, it is generally to be interpreted as a covenant that runs with the land.

It does not seem to, but a couple properties have significant amounts owed to an individual through an Assignment of Rents document and I just want to get another set of eyes on this to make sure I'm interpreting this correctly.The deed conveys title to the purchaser free of all encumbrances of any kind existing before the sale, except:(a) Any lien for installments of taxes and special assessments, that installments will become payable upon the secured roll after the time of the sale.
