You might Want to try opening verbal communication with the owner ahead of time.Perhaps having the owner come over and look at the things you took pictures of ahead of time, might/ might/ be an intelligent thing to do.

But reality is properties get priced up, because everyone with half an ounce of intelligence will buy those too, and sellers will take the max they can get.

The point is to get educated and try to limit your risk in an intelligent well planned manner. 

This means intelligent placement on multiple platforms of popular use.

Any honest, intelligent person can see that there would be benefits to having a set up like that.

The "false scarcity" and "gaslighting" stuff must come from some Instagram guru talking about deep emotional intelligence or relationship problems advice.

Ideally, I would like to get in contact with someone that I can put my dedication, intelligence, research capability, and more in so we can be mutually benefitted.

Where I'm going with this is it might be intelligent to seal that crack up from the outside.

But if you wait too long, and don’t intelligently utilize leverage, you miss out on appreciation, cash flow, tax benefits over the years that you sit on the sideline.
