For sure, if these folks ever contact me in the future after blatantly ignoring my inquiries now, chances are I will be the one doing the ignoring in the future....

Probably every 3rd inquiry i get asks if i book direct to save money.

I've been receiving some inquiries from potential sellers for a wholesale deal, and I'm having trouble figuring out the best offer to give.

Now a listing agent will do work before the listing is active (paperwork, marketing and home prep) but once it is active, the listing agent has to be ready to follow up on all leads that come their way and answer all inquiries, but you can do that sitting poolside.

The general rule of thumb is that if you are getting inquiries but no applications, you're probably around 5% too high.

When I listed it I adjusted the rent to be a little higher than the comparables in my area, because it was one of the nicer ones in the area but I can't seem to get a renter. over the last 26 days, I have had 46 inquiries and 14 applications, of those 14 applications about 5 of them passed the background check and credit history check. some of them I could not get ahold of their employer or landlord which was a red flag for me.
