Once you have a full year with no transactions for the ebay business you can start making the ebay related chart of account categories inactive to hide them which will clean up the chart of accounts.So short answer is I believe it's possible to do everything under your existing LLC, however It increases your liability and is not going to be a very clean transition on your books.

A few more seasoned investors have told me, perhaps controversially, that most cities place such onerous zoning restrictions and are completely inactive in aiding affordable house because lower income and lower-mid income residents are such a net loss to the cities, i.e. little tax revenue and big consumers of city services.

Depending on what tax bracket you are in, and whether or not you are subject to passive loss restrictions in the eyes of the IRS (i.e. make less than $150k per year in active income, or qualify as a professional real estate professional), that annual total would then be added to your federal tax return.
