I have not been impressed to date with Suncoast PM and if nothing improves I'll be looking for a new PM when agreement term expires. 

We often give owners advice before the turnover letting them know that if we turned over the tenant, how we could improve the property, at what cost, and what the rents would improve to.

It is my belief your current situation is not a bad position (it is a goid position that will improve with time).  

For investors, this translates into higher cash flow and improved ROI.2.

Your credit score will be worth improving to acquire better financing options.

And the added cost of the ventilation systems needed to deal with an indoor pool.  

Over the past 6 months I have been really researching and devoting myself to self improvement and learning.
