To actually have a sober house successful where she can guide and assist everyday to that person to be successful and to help them navigate the area they're in have an assistance of a driver to get the people to the places they need to get to on a daily basis and a structured plan that they have to do and figure out to get everything done that they need to get done and to also get a job and become successful sober houses will allow you to leave the house for the weekend or allow you to not be there consistently and you have a lot of freedom but if you don't have any support and you have no resources and you have no money and you have no phone it's a setup for disaster because you have too much time on your hands and no organization no guidance 12 step programs and AANA are all a good thing if the person can do that route but a person like me found the depression and repetition of using through stories and that wasn't my way to stay sober and to stay on a lane of being a successful citizen again...

People need to be exceptionally conscious about bragging, especially when senior citizens are involved.  

I’d love to utilize that loan again but was told I could only have 1 active VA Home Loan at a time For my additional VA loans, I used a local credit union that moved the loan to Citizens Bank, then Navy Federal, and Veterans United. 

I want a free and clear title. another property down the road, vacant, owners I can’t find and probably aren’t citizens of US.

Hey Ugo,Yes you’re right about the Canadian market I am currently a citizen in Ontario Canada and also originally from the US.

I am a Canadian Citizen who is 20 years old and I have no FICO score or any real connections to the USA.

For cost effectiveness we are using Citizens but he has several options to choose from.

We could probably charge a little bit more, but most snowbirds are senior citizens on a budget so I feel we're close to the top of what they will pay. 

Also want to know if the father needs to be a US citizen or permanent resident, as my dad is from a different country but I'm a permanent resident in PA.
