These neighborhoods exist and aren't difficult to spot but most ignore the characteristics because they are hyper focused on whether they can achieve their BRRRR refinance and ignore everything else.

I definitely would want the mail to go to the correct place.If someone wanted to sue you, the fact that you ignored changing your address would be a good argument that you are not maintaining corporate formalities, potentially having the protections of your LLC ignored.Most states have annual filing requirements for the LLCs so that would be a good time to update it.  

BP is ALWAYS trying to sell something (I ignore the constant barrage of advertisements) and perhaps did not notice a significant program change, that looked like advertising.What has been your experience with Business Membership, particularly if you were a Featured Agent?
