Can you imagine calling hundreds of leads a day for "investments" and seeing all those who keep track of the dollars you're raising exit in tandem?

Unless you have millions in cash a rookie RE investor in Boston might have one or two or three properties vs hundreds.

Thus transferring not just the decades of knowledge this master had gained, but the hundreds/ thousands of years of knowledge he himself had received from his mentorship. 

We have more people than I can count doing behind the scenes work to make it all run, hundreds upon hundreds of people and vendors.

We have a property management company in New Jersey where we make some of our best clients hundreds of thousands of dollars between helping them force appreciation, increase cash flow, finding them deals etc.

We did hundreds of them.. 

How do you manage this without having to spend several hundreds on potentially every lead?

Primary issue I see is being priced too high for the current market by a few hundred dollars.
