Has anyone worked with Itel housing?

I’ve been a serial house hacker in the greater Boston area so happy to connect and share some lessons learned.Multifams inventories are quite low depending on your budget and location preferences.  

Hey Ed - this one wouldn't qualify with DSCR if one of the houses is your primary (assuming all are on the same tax parcel).

I don't want to waste your money on inspection, option money, and appraisal money, just to find out the house doesn't qualify for FHA, so I do my best to keep you out of those situations.

In 2024, 47% failed to sell even 1 house.

You must live in the house first, as you cannot buy it for the use a rental.
