I may look to sell after it’s done or place a tenant, refinance, and hold as part of a portfolio I want to build.

My feedback based on what I would do is hold the house. 

The attorneys I have worked with when buying a large apartment complex have all recommend one LLC for holding the property and one for managing it.  

I spent about a year there and I had an overall good experience.Most KW offices hold weekly in-person training hosted by various experienced professionals.

the little nuances one learns in the foreclosure bizz... states with redemption rights are very tricky... in Oregon the rights sunset after 6 months.. so many investors if they don't have the rights ( ie can't find the person who lost the house) Or does not want to pay someone who bought the redemption rights and is holding them hostage.. they just wait out the 6 months and go about their bizz...

However, when I requested the return of my funds on June 26, 2023, that information did not hold true.

Of course, this requires professionalism on our part, but it also holds them to that standard.
