The truth is, they will keep playing games and milk you for every penny they can, then they will leave the house a mess and cost more with cleaning, repairs, and vacancy.

Definitely do homework on making sure you can get a clean title and make sure that the foreclosure was on the first lien.

Because Airbnb only makes money when the guest books on Airbnb.Hence, they want the price to be cheapest on their platform, so people book on Airbnb instead of elsewhere, and want their properties to be able to compete with hotel prices (even after cleaning fee and service fees). 

Have contracts or covenants that keep newer homes there and keeping yards clean.  

We can't make people clean up after themselves and keep things as we would but the day to day dealing with voucher tenants is not the worst.
