He took ok care of the place and has no grievance with the landlords.

Boy, are we in trouble if something like a serious threat from China mixes and mingles with the political polarization, hate, extremism, white supremacy, violent protests, grievance, income inequality, poverty, health-related SNAFUs, and conspiratorial/irrational stuff that we have seen really perk up in the past 4 years....Originally posted by @Eric Bilderback:I hope you are right and you very well could be.  

The fact that you are so actively engaged in helping other investors and the way you reached out to clients even when they posted grievances on BP was one of the reasons I made the decision to invest with REI nation, so thanks for everything you do.

Anyone with a grievance simply has to type it into Google or Facebook and they can find 100s or 1000s of others that have the same issues, then its easy to get the word out and organize.

I am member of our board's grievance ethics committee and works toward a professionalization of our business.

If you can't conduct yourself as one in a community and your primary interested is curtailing real estate investing, perhaps you could find another place to air your grievances.

@Yvette May, if you have solid evidence of her faking her reference from a past landlord then get the evidence and file a grievance with the state bar. 

I have told the buyers I disclosed everything I knew at the time of the sale and that they should take their grievances to my old contractor.
