Governor Nuisance has made it clear that finding shelter for the homeless during this time is critical to combating the virus.

In Illinois the Governor just ordered all to stay at home except for certain essential employees.  

So unless the Governor or someone else clarifies differently, for us consturction is seen as being an essential service and can continue. 

Regardless of our intent Governor Hogan has declared a moratorium on evictions for the duration of the state of emergency.

In PA, the Governor has shut down appraisers and home inspectors from doing what they do.

I can not find any such statement from the governor except an eviction moritorium while the crisis persists.
