Here is a new twist that I'm now considering. 

Let’s be honest; statistics can be found and twisted to support any point of view and argument.

A six unit building with seven parking spaces with everyone home plus your vehicle could mean a visitor may not find street parking and the only thing they may remember is "the place we had to double parked".I have done the open house style with a twist. 

The 'Silicon Valley' tag is the Forbes author's twist, but I think is clearly a bit of hyperbole designed to grab reader attention, something more and more difficult to do, especially for a piece of this length.

The situation is even more twisted since we are back on better terms they have agreed to allow me to stay here until all the repairs are done. 

Once you move out, you essentially have a boardinghouse where the tenants may not be as gentle.

Yet the Khal had his way with you, and he was not gentle.

I called 8 of them today and NOT one answered the phone and more glaringly one of them the number did not work.Just a gentle suggestion for those starting out at least and or until you have enough deal flow.. but I highly recommend you answer live.and of course double check that your phone is working.. 

I would suggest option 1 with a very important twist.
