AS long as credit does not FREEZE we are good.. and unemployment does not sky rocket we are good interest rates can climb a tad.. but I think people will pay that extra 100 a month for a house and maybe buy a cheaper car or put off buying that RV or boat..

When the plumber came over to fix he stated right away that it was from the water freezing up in the pipe and then splitting the pipe under enormous pressure.

AZ NV FLA GA Central CA  those were hardest hit as new construction was a huge part of what was going on.. new construction has been tame in most other parts of the country compared.. so you have credit freeze and tenants leave the state.. you have vacant rentals..

Less hassle in the long run and you never have to worry about a tenant letting it run out and freezing your building.If you do end up keeping a separate furnace for each unit just be aware that propane tanks are typically supplied by the fuel provider.
