Hey everyone, I created a Facebook page for, Agents, Lenders, Wholesalers, Buyers, Sellers, Flippers who are doing business in Wichita and the surrounding areas to connect.

Does anyone have any broker suggestions for an agent investor in the Austin area? I just got my license and would like to find a broker that is okay with part time agent investors doing less than 3 deals per year.

Recent upgrades include HVAC, and garage door replacement.Looking for agent referral who can bring offers.

I am looking in the Atlanta area for agent/broker and the website/database would ideally be global.Thank you.

Maybe setting up spreadsheets for Agents, Lenders, Wholesalers, etc. and logging who you have been communicating with, about what you were communicating, when you were communicating, and any planned or expected follow ups from either side.Mostly, I just am having a hard time figuring out the best way to keep track of all this information without it becoming ridiculously jumbled.

Can I just write up a word document requesting early termination from both agreements and leave space for agent signature, broker signature and my own signature?
