My neighbor’s fireworks went rogue, setting my house ablaze and forcing my tenants to move out.The ChaosOn what was supposed to be a festive night, I got the dreaded call from my tenant – my property was on fire.

I hope you had a great 4th of July weekend and enjoyed the fireworks around the city.

I would love to just watch the fireworks on that one.

I have seen corn, melons, bonsai trees, paintings, wreaths, fireworks and many other things sold this way.

Not just a red flag, a big burning bon fire with fireworks coming out in every direction. 

Rent out space annually for $30,000 to Firework tents. 

I was just looking for things anyone has added after the fact....such as “no fireworks from the property”!  

Since I am not financing and will not have a fire under my butt through the renovation process on this house, the fireworks won't really start until the project nears completion so I have some time to study and consider various subsequent investment options.

They smoke inside the unit, they've stolen packages from other tenants, they have explosives (fireworks) left in the hallway, they have both hallways blocked with personal items, they are trying to blackmail us by withholding rent so that we extend their lease until 2022.
