Windex is ammonia and would  contribute to the fireworks,  But I know not to call a landlord about it.  

They may be coded a report of "shots fired", but may be fireworks.

As I came out my front door, I noticed all these people on the street, watching the fireworks from the stadium a few blocks behind my house, because the Braves had just won a game.

@Michael Kay  Mike, the RE game is much like every other market (casino) you want to "get IN and back OUT (before sitting along the sidelines and watching the fireworks drama, from a leather easy chair... until AFTER the CHTF again, before going back to work BUYING... at a hefty 'discount!') 

Events like Grandma's, Blues Fest, 4th of July fireworks, and more, you'd be able to probably charge a little more than normal.
