I am not sure of the STR rules for that, but I know SLC has not rounded the Western states curve yet and caught up to Oregon, Cali, and Washington. 

@Peter Mckernan This is a great well-rounded perspective, Real estate is one of those fields where no two deals or markets are exactly the same.

So you want to know how many sheets of drywall or how many lineal feet of trim or how many square feet of wall is being painted per hour or per day, so you can compare productivities?   

Getting your "feet wet", isn't a learning move, at least not a good one.
