Marketing material from commercial brokers in all 50 states, for all sorts of NNN, isn't useful, and you aren't going to really get insights until you narrow your focus a bit.Starbuck is a nice easy thing to watch b/c they are all over and, since Americans have largely replaced their trans fat addition (McDonalds, Burger King) with a sugary caffeine addition (Starbucks), it's likely going to do well for a few decades.

One thing I did note is my insurance is $3K a year lower due to the monitored fire suppression system in these larger properties versus my smaller properties that sleep 12 or less built close to the same time.As someone who has lived in Illinois twice, the politicians there don't care if people burn as long as they can tax and spend.

And they had taken the kitchen cabinets apart and burned them in the fireplace for heat.....I salvaged some and painted over the burn marks, didn't look half bad....ya can't make it up, right?
