Both accounts same bank they even froze her roommates account at the same bank and he had nothing to do with real estate no existing loan family member is alive.

However, not one general location is going to help you determine whether it's a good market for multi family or single family etc.The one true way to start looking into a market is talking to an agent who knows the area.

Converting properties to multi-family is considered extensive rehab and those programs are a little more exclusive than the standard bridge loan programs.
