Are you falsely advertising and being predatory as you state “try and help you save their home” - how can you help them save their home, or you trying to get them to sell you the home at below market rate.

The generalization that most bad things happen with existing tenants is very broad and likely false.

Only complete fools can be misled by false values, and RE is not a fool's business, thus if one is a fool one should never invest in RE. 

She sent me a screenshot of an airbnb convo where she is apparently trying to get me banned for god knows what(airbnb suspends hosts for false claims all the time).

I just don’t like when uneducated folks make declarations that are false or uneducated.

Would someone confirm if this is true or false. 

Don't get false security of thinking your insurance and umbrella insurance will save you vs judgments.

You don't want them cheating the test and then using a false positive to sue you.
