I think you are going to end up running into an income recognition because you're receiving 50% ownership in a duplex that you weren't owner of before.

At that point in time assets owned by the LLC can be distributed to the members and your acct should be able to do so in a way that does not trigger a gain recognition.  

I have started using this technique and it has helped my direct mail gain recognition and also i have found motivated sellers through my skip tracing and cold calling efforts.

Or should we (individual wholesalers) saturate our respective markets so we can gain max recognition in our area/s.........since people tend to contact who they are seeing the most.

Are you wanting the name recognition of communities, like 'Auburn Hills' or all the many developments around the area, or a suburb where you want to be active in, after work and in the school system, or where you and your family can relax, go for a walk, have some friends over - but be close enough to base and such to do activities there?

Successful note marketing takes time and recognition and branding.
