The USD is highly manipulated to control the economy.

So if it can do that, shouldn't it be able to be pointed to any website of your choice, search through groups/posts/etc and communicate with anyone who displays some kind of "intent" to sell, and if no intent is found, it could generate "curiousity" and help develop some curiousity from anyone in the group, and it could do this, until all possible efforts have been exhausted over time. 

The market today, more so than ever, is a VALUE economy.

The reality is that nobody knows for sure what will happen to the US economy, US real estate prices or Tulum real estate prices.Looking at facts though, it's clear that a lot of if not most US real estate is unprofitable given current prices and interest rates.

I too was spoiled by the 8% pref def along with huge exits during the run up economy and ever compressing cap rates.

Dividends were paid from the get go, but changes in the economy affected the valuations. 

Plenty of demand drivers and diverse economy.

Just wait till the economy resets...that's when the proven strategies will remain.
