Dang you got my attention.We had a 10 year old kid running around in the dark and fell in an area that was about 3 feet down where the entrance to the basement is on the end of the house.

Hi All,I am considering distance investing due to the cost of entrance being a little high in my locale.  

All of the best communities have resort amenities like guard gated entrances, clublhouses with gyms, restaurants, game rooms, movie theaters, volleyball, lazy rivers, tiki bars etc.

It has a separate entrance and we rent out the 2/1 house.

Hello all,I own a CMX-2 zoned property with retail on the first floor, and a single rental unit with a separate entrance on floors 1-3. 

The home has a separate entrance to a daylight basement that I will be renovating to convert it into a second unit.

We are currently living in a house that has 5 bed 2 bath and has 2 entrances.

A current tenant has damaged the rental property beyond the normal wear & tear. (3 by 6-foot hole in dry wall; Garage access door complete broken off with damage door frame, the main entrance door way frame is broken and need to be replace, damage to the rear entrance door frame as well).

The property is a single family home with a separate entrance into the unfinished basement which will be converted into another unit.

But I know this would probably have a higher entrance cost to get this going.As for cost comparison I would talk to builder to see what the difference would be and look at your return over the duration you intend to keep the property.
