Some men do, and almost all women do.

If it's a single family home in San Francisco, with someone who has been living there for 15+ years (single women, likely in her 60s who happens to be a realtor and knows a lot about real estate law, etc.), would you take the risk to buy it with under market price (knowing that the existing tenant can live there for another 20+ years?)

So not only do we have this opportunity, we have the opportunity all-but protected from those empowered to most impact this dynamic.  

One is for women only (sorry guys, but I'm trying to help my girls invest and grow their wealth..it's my mission lol) and another that is open to anyone interested in learning about STR/Vacation Rental and LTR investing in the area. 

Any time we can make connections empowers us to disarm any future potential detractors. 

As a result, I'm getting booked a lot by women (bachelorette parties, family trips) and my revenue has really beat expectations.

Looking to network with like-minded people preferably woman since I don't know many women investors.

Every fall I send calendars of scantily clad women with my advertising to the H.R. dept of every contractors company that has rented from me.There are magnetic signs on my truck.I have a side job. 

Maybe you could hook up with one of these battered women groups, and turn the place into a shelter for battered women, Where the charity would pay for all of the rooms and just use them as needed.
