For those who think it's not real that's fine, stay where you are and find something else.

Everything else is just trying to hide the fact you did the transaction from the lender.

Do I keep their house fix it up and rent or do i sell it and use the money else where to invest in another state I also plan on moving to another state as that was part of the plan from the start.

They are included everywhere else I can think of. 

Not sure where else this is at, but in AZ when you have an STR and register it you have to have a fence around your pool.
