Is it possible for her to buy the house/land then we subdivide the property (property has an approved preliminary plat for subdivision into 2-3 separate lots, electrical and pluming lines have been put in place for future development).

@Diana Teng there are a LOT of potential pitfalls:(So, it's vitaly important to not just find someone that you think you can trust because they tell you what you want to hear, but you find someone that their processes seem a good fit for what you want.EXAMPLE: we do BRRR Turnkeys for clients and take numerous vides we share with them - initial, worst state of any demo, when HVAC, plumbing, electrical update BEFORE walled in, before any major payouts and of course a final walk-thru video.One thing that's accurate from all the HGTV renovation/flip shows is that you should expect and plan for surprises!

They’re built for heavy use and have faster drying times—usually 30–45 minutes—without needing major electrical changes.If you’re up for a bigger investment, adding extra stackable units in the garage could be a great long-term fix, though it’ll mean some electrical work and setting up proper ventilation.I’d probably go for the commercial upgrade in your current space first—it’s quicker and might solve the bottleneck right away.

My insurance company Usaa told me they wouldn’t deny claims for unpermitted work (probably unless it was like egregiously bad electrical that caused a fire or something.)In New Jersey, this past year, they did away with roofing permits.
