I find this data super interesting, and took the opportunity to dive into their 2025 edition this week.Nationwide they say we can expect:Average mortgage rates of 6.3%, with rates edging down over the year to reach 6.2% by the end of the year.Home prices will grow by 3.7% across the US, which is pretty modest.

I think that is pretty cool.

I was fortunate enough to find a lender with 15% down for my previous properties  For sure, man, I’m sure it varies by state with Lending  but in Texas 20% down is  pretty standard on investment properties.

Betting on a roulette wheel is not something I am familiar with and I am pretty much sure my mind correlated the comment to russian roulette, NOPE, I am good, lol. 

Managing a good STR is pretty easy.

The area has certain advantages like shelter from regulation risk (pretty much as low as anywhere in the country if you buy in the approved STR tourist zones) and long term security (people aren't going to stop going to Orlando anytime soon).
