Dream vacation?

I'm taking my first steps toward making my real estate investing dreams happen.

I had dreams this was going to be the start of income each month with very little work.

There is a lot of weight on marketing, and a lot of inputs to that cycle.

In addition, a motion for default was filed against an outstanding mortgage for another $ 367k which was personally guaranteed as well.Keep watching the Kiyo v BTC and Dream CQ Holdings V BTC cases as both of these have a potential basis for piercing the corporate veil.  

Plus I can see folks stealing those things or trying to break into them  although when they are full up with ammo they would weight a ton :)

If you can’t quantify risk and don’t understand the mechanics of “weighted” average of expected return and range of returns (standard deviation) then you are at a severe disadvantage and should consider a competent investment / financial manager for your investment capital.  

Buying SFH’s does give me something to chase after though, my little “REI dream”.5) and REI definitely forces me to save!
