Private lenders right now are not keen on 2nd position (we have several and there is zero secondary market for them) - throw in that they are behind a loan that is sub to and no title insurance when they lend - it’s gonna be a hard sell

The immediate response could lean towards a conservative approach, with a keen focus on acquiring assets that are undervalued or distressed, offering potentially high returns in a volatile market.

This should be alleviated in the next release, but doubtless, it will take a few more iterations to get perfect.
