To get away with all of those you have to be in a big time buyers market with no other offers coming in or hunt for things that have been sitting dormant for many months (but there is always a reason they did not sell)Keep learning you will get it.

It will be tough to make a big impact this time of year because plants are dormant but things will really pop come spring.
