While I am still very pleased with Pro so far, I am a little disappointed that I misunderstood that point.

They are doing the minimum and expecting a maximum result which is why they are often disappointed wondering aimlessly through life wishing for dreams that never come to be. 

I have not been disappointed thus far.

My research efforts continue...I was a little disappointed to hear about Ohio requiring large bulk purchases (limiting investment to large companies, not sure if I can qualify or what the qualifications would be) and therefore given my geographic location, this may be difficult...

I started investing as an OOS investor here back in 2021 and haven't been disappointed with my decision. 

@Laura Casner I did peel and stick tile in a unit and while I know it’s not the same as wallpaper it ended up with wrinkles in it and I’m very disappointed with the outcome.

If the damage was obvious, it’s rather disappointing that the contractor wouldn’t leave a note with tenant about the issue and leave you out of it.

However, NYC has a ton of wealthy people and the result is really poor investment return rates.Cap rates in NYC are disappointing.
