So the post title says it all.Recent rental inspector said he would require to get a 3rd party licensed HVAC diagnosis out to check out the system.There are other numerous issues at this property as well, but it all boils down to a real lack of consistency in what we are told to do to navigate the rental inspection process. 

She did receive some meds from the vet for her so there was an diagnosis given.

It's easy for tenants to obtain a diagnosis and letter from a doctor supporting the need for an ESA.

Sounds suspiciously like a 'make work' diagnosis.
