I have received notice of them filing Bankruptcy Chapter 7. 

Big Lots has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and agreed to a $620 million sale to Nexus Capital Management.

So new kid that bought his system was offered a two hundred bucks MF that was normal appraised for 150k only lol… and expecting that market would just grow , the system is working in 2009 though same thing to what Greg Hugher did in other bankruptcy filing lol

If that is the approximate time frame, then throw them a bone and move on.If they have been unable to use the bathroom since the water incident because it was declared unhealthful, then it would have been much better to have made an insurance claim. 

I am going to declare that it is no longer a sellers market and that it is a neutral real estate market now.

(Maybe a little exaggeration).A few years earlier in 2012 I had filed for bankruptcy and was just now eligible to buy a house.
