Hi @Chris Allen,While interest rates are starting to come down, Branson remains a promising market for short-term rentals (STR), especially when compared to other destination markets like those in Florida with much higher price points!

As time has gone on - 19 years - I've realized that this is also a great generational gift to my kids - both as vacation destination and a lifetime income for them.  

Aside from the benefits he mentions, @Greg Friedman, you absolutely must be familiar with how foreign income is to be taxed in your destination country.
