You said you have until tomorrow to acccept or reject the offer...does that mean the seller made you a counter offer?

This may not be readily apparent if they simply accept what you previously offered, but is much more clear if they 'counter' offer.

Last week my second counter offer of $345K (list price:$399K) was accepted from the bank and I returned all signed addendum to the bank. but I'm still waiting for the bank to sign from their side.

I got the impression from the tech that I either meet their min counter offer, or game over.

We have put 4 offers in this year but did not counter offer because the numbers did not work.

So now I’m going through the inspection time and I kinda got screwed on their counteroffer cause they accepted my price (299,000 on a 5br/2bth 3000sqft In Portland, OR) but they wanted to cut my inspection time in half from 10 to 5 days.

I've given my offer and the owner has come back with a counteroffer of the same price but with no inspection.

I've got a counter offer out that should be accepted at 220k and I believe they will take it.  

PenFed counter offered w/ an interest only Heloc only a few grand less than I requested, so this wasnt a big deal.However, it has me a little nervous going forward.
