Is in there, but a great thing you can do now is get your "core 4" figured out - agent/lender/manager/contractor - obviously you can adjust this and do one of the pieces yourself (self-manage for example) or don't need a contractor if you do only turnkey etc but getting this nailed down early is key

I made that mistake with a 2 bedroom condo - after 1 year, I had to shut down operations due to HOA rule violations of NO short-term rentals less than 30 days.#8 The 30 day+ rule -  Certain places Airbnb is outlawed or a softer rule is the 30day+ rule.

Landlords mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact same services and operate the exact same way, so price is the only differentiator.So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services.This also leads them to ASSUME simpler is better when it comes to management contracts.
