The manager said this isn’t allowed and that she would need to terminate the management agreement before it’s listed.I’ve sold a fair number of properties that are professionally managed and it’s always been a cooperative arrangement between the PMand my agent.Can someone please help me understand what’s going on?

Thats why the AITD is such an awesome document CA came out with decades ago.. it allows you to wrap the sub to but if your wrap buyer fails you can foreclose out that TD.. and get the property back.. if the wrap buyer turns into a butt head and wont communicate or co operate.

I am learning about turbo tenant and feel fairly confident I could manage most things using it (as long as tenants were able and willing to cooperate with using a computer/app) However I'd still like a property manager/company whose name, address etc is what is exposed on the lease agreement.
