I don't know her, never met her, never went to her classes, but from what I saw on YouTube she seemed to know her stuff and classes were reasonable. 

This means investing across asset classes, geographical locations, strategies, and sponsors.  

@Ashly Frasso not many PMCs do this as it's a headache except on the right Class A properties!

$20k for the sophisticated investor class, and then only two passive deals at $50k each .

There is no class action suit at this point.
