Overall, the market continued to slow with the fewest closed sales since 2016.

I have a follow up question from yesterday's as I continue to build my team in Akron/Canton, OH for STR's.

My biggest question is this: do you think I should continue to rent for now and prioritize tackling loans?

If I decide to do the repairs and continue renting it, I will cash flow positive a bit, but to get to that point I would have to spend thousands (replace entire electric system, roof replacement, etc). 

I’m excited about the possibilities and am eager to continue growing and developing more homes in Massachusetts.

But I would rather rent it out so it could be our first/foundational rental property and we can continue to grow our portfolio.We've been looking to rent for a while now but with the local rent pricing it is just as expensive/affordable to purchase your own condo than to rent.
