While I'm inclined to get frustrated, I guess it is a complement to BiggerPockets that you've had your conversation in the middle of the night, while drinking, here on BiggerPockets . . .Boy do I need to moderate this discussion!

Robert and Russell are a good team and complement each other nicely and promote many of the key principles followed by many of us who follow Robert Kiyosaki and his advisors.

Our best workers become part of our "team" and we let them know we value them by speaking highly of them, complementing their work, and treating them to lunch, or tickets to a show, or even paying for a professional massage or trip to the dentist from time to time.

Team up with someone you trust who has experience or complements your weaknesses.

I agree with the advice of going to college and taking something to complement my real estate passion, its just a difficult decision to make if I want to go without that knowledge and save tens of thousands of dollars or not...

Get what works and complements the remodel.

Get to know potential partners and spend time making sure you work well together and have skills that complement one another's!

My portfolio consisting of mostly bonds has performed YTD better than the aggressive stock portfolio.Check out Modern Portfolio Theory its not perfect but I think its probably the best system one has of managing a general portfolio.To complement my MPT portfolio, I have a small retail trading account that I like to trade forex and futures and after months of frustration I have been repaid by my S&P shorts!

And, I might add, everyone likes to be complemented, guys in the trades will try a little harder to do good work if you stroke their egos.
